Georgina "Gina" Kappeller

I, Georgina "Gina" Kappeller, am 45 years old, was born in Budapest and identify as a European Roma. With my engineering mind, an editor's eye and a gypsy soul, I am an eternal rebel and self-taught person in life. My classical education ended after secondary school, but during my 28 years of work I have had over 100 jobs in at least 3 dozen different positions, which I always fulfilled beyond all expectations. I have continuously participated in various further training courses and thus acquired a wide range of skills, for example as a lawyer, programmer, accountant, permaculture designer and in adult education.

I lived in New York for four years, Slovenia for six years and Sweden for almost a year, and my travels have taken me on long and fulfilling journeys to most European countries, from the Azores to Paris. I feel particularly at home at Lake Bohinj in Slovenia. The place where my soul is at home.

I only collect experiences and friendships in life. My home is rented, my car is 22 years old and my cell phone is a simple Nokia. For a decade I have been designing mainly as a systems designer, a role that suits my personality. I plan regenerative human environments and rethink systems of human interaction such as family functions or company structures. In the agricultural field of permaculture, I plan regenerative human environments such as a family home, public facilities or productive farms. In the social field, I rethink systems of human interaction such as family functions, generational handover in companies, annual planning or start-up structures.

I currently dedicate 70% of my time to building a trust-based purchasing community in Budapest.

Anne and I met through permaculture. As our friendship deepened, it became clear that we shared many interests such as anthroposophy, homeopathy, Waldorf education, ethical economics and volunteer work.

In September 2024, Anne invited me to an event in Greece. As a perfectionist, I made many comments, whereupon Anne asked if we wanted to realize a dream together.

When Anne shared the idea of an intensive retreat with a focus on family constellations with me, I was initially skeptical. I had already taken part in several constellations myself and found the whole day to be incredibly intense and exhausting, both physically and mentally. I was a participant and an observer - I found both to be equally valuable. I am infinitely grateful to the founder of the method, the leaders and the participants for these profound experiences.

Even though I'm not familiar with the modern term "comfort zone," the hairs on the back of my neck stood up. After a few hours of discussion and almost 3-4 days of working together, the event was practically set. I'm a little sorry that I couldn't take part myself. It's already been decided that we'll hold a similar event where I can take part!

As a host, I intend to do my best to ensure that YOU have a wonderful experience, as I would expect - beware, one of my "bad" qualities is having incredibly high standards!

With my excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving and teamwork skills, as well as my 28 years of diverse international experience, I will enrich the experience for all participants. I will work to ensure that the entire team and the on-site staff can serve this extraordinary event in the best possible way.

In addition to the organization, I will also act as a moderator on site. You can contact me at any time with any concerns.
