EngelHerz Academy

For strong families


Our mission


At the EngelHerz Academy, we conduct experimental research into human life in all its aspects.


We join together to explore the infinite possibilities of human consciousness.

 

An important focus for us is the rediscovery of the power of family and the preservation of a healthy, cross-generational family spirit. We experiment with building community structures with like-minded people.


We are a non-profit association based in Vienna with a project location in Western Hungary (Zala county).


The picture on the right shows one of the terrains of our organisation, the "Valley of Love", which has served as a home for our events and celebrations for years and is now being expanded for our academy.

 

In this space we invite all people who are in line with our goals and values to reflect on their true selves again.

Here we learn to live from the inside out, self-determined, powerfully and joyfully. We discover and explore life in nature, contact with Mother Earth and all living beings around us.

 

In the form of books, films, learning materials, online and offline courses, workshops and various events, we inspire and remind other people and families to live consciously, together and in harmony with the natural forces in and around them.


We impart practical knowledge about eco-house construction, food supply, permaculture, free learning, health maintenance, naturopathy and family-friendly ways to earn money.


Our presidency

Gabor von EngelHerz

President


As President, Dr. Gabor Szilard von EngelHerz is fully committed to all projects and represents the Academy to the outside world. He is responsible for vision work, networking and cooperation as well as for the strategic management of the association.


As a scholar of language and communication, he has a straightforward academic career with experience in research and teaching in Germany and Hungary.


As a family farmer and father of three children, Gabor has been practicing so-called experimental consciousness research for years - a way of life with a high degree of personal responsibility. His close-to-nature life enables him to explore many connections in human life.


Gabor is a passionate eco-house builder and is particularly enthusiastic about round-shaped houses. As head of the My Eco Home project, he organizes courses and workshops for self-reliant building and supports members in the implementation of their individual building projects.



Anne von EngelHerz

Vice President


As Vice President and family manager, Anne is the executive force behind the Academy.


She has been living and studying naturopathy, homeopathy and health maintenance for more than a decade from the beginning of her three children's lives.

True healing is the focus of her life research.


Anne passionately conveys to you her wealth of experience on the topics of self-reliant pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding, free learning without school. Harmonizing body, mind and soul in a wild everyday family life and maintaining this balance is one of the  main themes in her work.

She loves to accompany you on the way to your self-empowerment, with which you can create an entirely new family environment.

Anne shows you how individual spirituality and family become mutually supportive components of your life.


Anne manages everyday life at her family homestead in Nemessándorháza, Hungary, with all the joys and challenges that come with it, in a totally unusual lifestyle. She is also committed to spreading valuable information from internationally renowned scientists, doctors and healers, which led her to aquire a wide range of knowledge.


She organizes analogue and digital get-togethers, lectures and hands-on projects in which members of the association discover new ways of being step by step.
